International Shipping Destinations

Diesel Thump ships to the following regions:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Mexico
  • European Union (EU)
  • United Kingdom
  • Southeast Asia
  • Japan
  • South Korea
  • Saudi Arabia
  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

We do not cover all other international destinations. For international orders to regions not listed above, please contact us by email before placing your order.

In addition, not all products can be shipped to all of the destinations listed above. If, for any reason, an order cannot be shipped to any location, Diesel Thump reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

 

Delivery Address & Buyer Responsibility

Please confirm that your delivery address can be serviced by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for the following situations and reserve the right to charge the buyer for return shipping costs:

  • Incorrect delivery address provided.
  • Failure to deliver the item due to reasons on your side, including but not limited to: failure to receive the package in a timely manner, being unreachable, or failure to complete customs clearance in a timely manner (where customs clearance is required).

 

Delivery Times

Packages are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

If the product is in stock, most orders are delivered within 4–15 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location.

Out-of-stock items, custom orders, and backordered products may take 1–2 weeks or longer to be delivered.

Unless otherwise specified, packages are not delivered on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays, including expedited services such as next-day air.

 

Military Mail (APO/FPO) Addresses

We are unable to ship directly to Military Post Office (MPO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses, because our carrier partners — UPS / DHL / FedEx / USPS — do not provide delivery services to MPO/FPO addresses.

As an alternative, you may consider shipping your order to a standard street address, and then forwarding the package to your MPO/FPO address via a local courier.

 

Duties & Taxes

For international shipments outside the United States, the recipient may be required to pay import taxes, duties, and related fees. These charges are levied when the package reaches the recipient's country.

You, as the recipient, are responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance. Diesel Thump has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for more information. If customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

Free Shipping on Orders Over $20

Free shipping is available on orders over $20.

Free shipping is provided as standard shipping, with the carrier selected by Diesel Thump. You cannot choose the carrier yourself.

If you require faster delivery, you may select other paid shipping methods at checkout.
